The Filming Process:
- This took up many more hours than expected. Total of 15 videos for Instructor. Approximately 20 videos of Lectures.
- Team communication and streamlined system based on too many cooks in the kitchen?- Poorly executed, regardless of setting up communcation system in Google Drive. Confusion between ASL Connect and DST Online. A lot of time spent communicating to clarify.
- Keep on mixing up roles/responsibilities. Not clear on which lecturer will get paid and which will "volunteer".
- Not consistent with branding/looks - for example, filming in the beginning was stellar.. Enforcing Normalcy lecture, Orientalism, .
- A lot of the lectures are past 7 minutes.

The Course Transition Process:
GTS not being helpful. It's a mess in the course developer account of Blackboard Course... see screenshot- this still hasn't been resolved since I first noticed it 2 weeks ago when Meredith showed me.
Success: Was able to upload screenshot of Weebly and set up to direct to Weebly.
Remaining: Need to set up Assignment/Grading System. Would need GTS to assist in duplicating the shells to make it consistent with DST 203 and 314.

Wanted to give you both a quick heads-up that I've completed all of the filming for DST 316- including Meredith signing her bio, syllabus, course objectives, and assignments. Last weekend, I filmed Nai Damato do the lecture video on neurodiversity and Disability Justice movement and I believe it is one of the best works in this course.
I've also been communicating with Ben Jarashow and Jessy on the development of their course content. Ben's DST 314 is probably 90% done and Jessy's DST 203 is about 75% (still waiting on filming Ben Bahan and Matt Malzkuhn).
My goal this week is to finalize all the content in Weebly and make the transfer to Blackboard. If you both want to review the content before it gets migrated to Blackboard, then would be wise to do it before Wednesday evening. I predict it will take two full days to migrate all the content into Blackboard. I also predict needing your support in making sure GTS can support me in this process if I come across any blocks that require administrator approval.
Lastly, we would still need to transcribe the lecture videos from ASL-English. Is there a system in place where graduate students would take on this task? It would be important for DST 316 to be the model of accessibility.
my contract with your department ends this coming Friday, September 30th.

Wrap-Up
Remains that need to be done.
Review.
-Discussing how to transfer Weebly.
-Discussing accessibly for the course. Still need to do image descriptions/video descriptions.
-Can not complete Weebly survey because of need to pay
-Set up Google Drive Folder on [email protected] --- so whoever can take over.
It has all the presentations. I plan to upload videos- but that will take quite bit of time.
